- Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian products, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Bamboo. Experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Atlassian tools like Jira
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira installations, migrations, customization, patching, and plugin installation
- Expertise on Jira architecture (both cloud & on-premises).
- Expertise in leading Jira migrations from both Jira Cloud to Jira Cloud and Jira on-prem to Jira Cloud
- Experience using Jira Project Configurator
- Experience with Jira REST APIs for Cloud/On premise to extract data from Jira and load to Jira
- Experience in migrating successfully large Jira projects comprising Issues including history, comments, attachments, workflows, links, users
- Possesses Java Programing skills
- Experience leading mapping sessions with the client for Jira migration
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud environments, as well as working with Rest APIs, webhooks, native or app-based automations
- Strong knowledge of security practices, encryption, and access controls
- Experience with scripting language Groovy for Jira automation
- Advanced skills in creating complex JQL queries for reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience with Jira Automation rules to optimize processes
- Understanding of database structures used by Jira
- Experience with Git or other version control systems for managing Jira-related scripts and configurations
- Experience with installing, configuring, and managing Jira add-ons and plugins
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially for cloud-based Jira deployments

5. Techical Leadership
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in leading multiple technical/project teams.
6 years Software Development experience. ( preferably in Java Development )
Experienced in managing remote team
Must be amenable to work CEST
Mandatory Requirement:
AI-Driven Development: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into SDLC
Process Automation: Using AI to templatize repetitive tasks
Understanding of machine learning, AI, and software development
System Design & Architecture: Understand scalability, reliability, and trade-offs.
Tooling/Frameworks: CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and Agile methodologies.
Road mapping: Break down projects into milestones and dependencies.
Resource Allocation: Assign tasks based on skills and bandwidth.
Code Review & Quality: Ensure maintainability, security, and best practices
Soft skills:
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adaptability in a fast-changing tech environment.
Remote/Hybrid Leadership: Master async communication
