    HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

  • Understand clients' issues and challenges to develop hypotheses around possible solutions that contributes designing business and function operating models, that meet the company's objectives. Incorporate future concepts such as future work, human + machine partnership, analytics, ecosystems and Gen AI.

  • Support clients across their business objectives and goals, including growth ambition (enterprise operating model), cost-cutting (global business services and shared services) and zero-based approaches.
  • Support in the definition of the organization structure and design to execute against the business strategy and the operating model ambition.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach, compile data and conduct analysis to drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
  • Develop business cases, highlighting the financial implication of recommendations (growth and cost savings, and tie benefits back to the P&L)
  • Make implementation-oriented recommendations, using industry knowledge by identifying and analyzing market trends, financial and operating drivers.
    IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or related.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in operating model strategy with specific experience in one or more areas: enterprise operating model, functional operating model strategy, zero-based organization, global business services (GBS)/shared services, organizational design.
  • Consulting experience background is highly desirable.
  • High proficiency in English.
    Bonus Points if:

  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)

Azumo is looking for a Business Analyst to lead software development initiatives and other personalized development projects. The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The position demands a hands-on, results-oriented individual who is adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing project backlogs, and ensuring effective task management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Business Analyst
para sumarse de manera eventual (temporaria) a nuestro equipo de YOY

Te contamos el objetivo principal de este Rol:

Mejorar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante el uso de datos, asegurar el cumplimiento de los OKR y KPIs del negocio así como también optimizar la experiencia del cliente in app.

Además ¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

Generación de Datos:

  • Recopilar datos de diversas fuentes internas y externas.

  • Asegurar la calidad y precisión de los datos recopilados.

Análisis de Datos:

  • Utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para interpretar grandes volúmenes de información.

  • Identificar tendencias, patrones y anomalías en los datos.

Identificación de Insights:

  • Extraer insights accionables que puedan influir en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Presentar hallazgos de manera clara y comprensible a diferentes niveles de la organización.

Definición de Estrategias:

  • Colaborar con equipos de marketing, ventas y atención al cliente para desarrollar estrategias basadas en datos.

  • Proponer iniciativas para mejorar la adquisición de nuevos clientes, el rendimiento del negocio y alcanzar los OKR

Adquisición de clientes

  • Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la captación de nuevos clientes

  • Evaluar cómo las estrategias basadas en datos afectan l.a adquisición del cliente y activación temprana.

¿Qué necesitamos de vos?

Graduado/a o estudiante Universitario: de carreras como Economía, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas, Estadística o Matemáticas, Ingeniería en Sistemas o Informática.

Dominio de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (ej SQL, PowerBi). Capacidad para interpretar y visualizar datos.

Será un plus


• Contar con entendimiento profundo del sector financiero y de los OKR y KPIs relevantes.


• Conocimiento de las etapas del ciclo de vida del cliente y su impacto en el negocio.

Desde 
CFOTech
 estamos en búsqueda de un 
Business Analyst
 con experiencia en PyMEs para sumarse a un reconocido cliente bancario.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia como Analista de Ciclo de Vida
  • Identificar y definir las etapas clave del ciclo de vida de los clientes Pyme
  • Participar en la definición de los diferentes journeys y arquetipos
  • Trabajar en el diseño de la estrategia adecuada para cada etapa
  • Analizar datos para crear clusters de clientes
  • Analizar métricas y performance
  • Proponer mejoras continuas basadas en insights
