How will you contribute to our magical experience?

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team through every phase of the software development process, from conceptualization to deployment, in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with technical leads and engineers across multiple teams to refine requirements and scope work. You will also work closely with project managers to define schedules, prioritization, and roadmap planning. The Manager, Software Engineering will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of software engineers designing and implementing scalable automated validations within a service-focused framework.
• Develop relationships with direct reports to support career growth and foster a healthy, vibrant environment.
• Provide technical status updates and insights.
• Collaborate with backend development teams to improve code quality through issue discovery and resolution.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding, problem-solving, and delivering sophisticated solutions.
• Identify test coverage gaps and work with project managers to plan roadmaps and priorities.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development and/or software test experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical projects, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong skills in Java, Python and backend engineering.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with streaming data frameworks and building cloud-based applications (AWS).
