Per V-Valley srl , società del gruppo Esprinet specializzata nella distribuzione di soluzioni a valore aggiunto, stiamo cercando un/a SALES & MARKETING MANAGER delle Business Unit Datacenter, Server Storage & Networking. Come Sales & Marketing Manager, sarai il punto di riferimento strategico per lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di piani commerciali e di marketing, con l'obiettivo di aumentare la visibilità dei Brand di tua responsabilità, attrarre nuovi clienti e potenziare le vendite.
Responsabilità- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di vendita e marketing innovative per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di business.
- Guidare il team di vendita specialistica e di marketing, fornendo supporto e leadership per massimizzare le performance.
- Collaborare con la divisione vendite clienti e altri reparti aziendali per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Analizzare i trend di mercato, le performance delle vendite e le attività dei competitor per identificare nuove opportunità di crescita.
- Individuare nuove opportunità di business e ottenere nuovi contratti di distribuzione.
- Gestire le relazioni strategiche con i Vendor delle relative Business Unit.
- Collaborare con i reparti interni per allineare strategie di marketing e vendite.
- Monitorare e ottimizzare il budget del dipartimento.
- Gestire direttamente 3 Sales & Marketing Unit composte da circa 40 specialisti, supportato da 3 responsabili.
- Partecipare attivamente a eventi di settore a livello nazionale e internazionale.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili nel settore IT, preferibilmente nella distribuzione di soluzioni a valore aggiunto.
- Passione per la tecnologia complessa.

Media Buying & Strategy
- Execute data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels.
- Analyze historical campaign data to inform media mix and performance projections.
- Recommend channel-specific budgets and optimize spend based on performance metrics.
- Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve efficiency and results.
- Track key KPIs such as leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
- Manage and allocate media budgets effectively across channels to maximize campaign performance.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing and ensure campaigns remain on schedule and within financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising campaign effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
- Strong experience in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers, etc.)
