Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Staff plays a key role in supporting the overall HR operations of Toyota Zamboanga. This position is responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to analyze HR-related data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Help facilitate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and training sessions.
- Support the HR department in ensuring a positive work culture and addressing workplace conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including attendance and leave management.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

- Gather and analyze HR-related data to assist in workforce planning.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate processing of employee salaries and benefits.

- Graduate of any four-year course.

Fully responsible for the HR strategy and operations of the local company in Argentina. - Design competitive compensation structures and benefits systems aligned with the local market
