A day in the life:
The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning : determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
- Coordinating : working with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
- Research and analysis : learning about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Forecasting and projections : working with our specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
- Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
- Familiarity with earned media channels
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist with the production of our popular Q&A series, including sourcing prominent industry guests,scheduling posting, and transforming transcripts into compelling blog posts.
- Help write top-of-funnel blog posts and other content that addresses the pain points of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and engineers in our target industries.
- Utilize AI tools like Google's NotebookLM and other generative AI effectively to streamline content production.
- Manage our presence on LinkedIn and Twitter, posting content natively and engaging with our target audience.
- Repurpose long-form content (Q&A series, blogs) into short-form assets, including social media snippets, video clips, and audio recaps.
- Design and brand high-value content assets.
- Own and manage our content calendar.
Design & Visuals: Create visually appealing social media graphics, carousels, and other branded visuals using design tools like Figma to elevate our content
Measurement & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all content initiatives, providing regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage a content calendar and execute a multi-channel content strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, as B2B marketing tools.
- Experience with or a strong willingness to learn design software like Figma.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Some level of technical knowledge from a technical field such as generative AI, robotics, engineering or other technical field. .

The Role:
In the fast moving cryptocurrency industry, content is key to education and adoption. Bitfinex stands as one of the oldest crypto platforms in a highly innovative environment. As an institutional and professional exchange with large and more sophisticated investors, the Content Marketing Manager must be able to speak their language, and write on topics, markets, new initiatives and developments in the style that reflects the Bitfinex brand and the mindset of our customers.
We are looking for a sharp, engaged and knowledgeable individual who can write well, succinctly and to deadlines and meet all our content needs.
He/She should be alert to the crypto newsflow, be able to suggest content ideas and produce well-sourced, editorial content that educates and informs. The right candidate will also be involved in editing Bitfinex Alpha, our flagship research product, written by a team of traders and analysts who are immersed in the markets.
He/She will be a major contributor to the Bitfinex blog and lead educational initiatives with our partners and the listed projects on the exchange. Your Day-to-Day:
Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives
This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
Editorial requirements include SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. Good understanding of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other external agency relations
Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand demand.
