Trade Marketing B2B Creativo
con experiencia en moda y retail multimarca, capaz de conceptualizar, diseñar y ejecutar ideas que impulsen la visibilidad de nuestros productos en el canal B2B. El objetivo principal será generar acciones realistas y efectivas en el punto de venta, especialmente de cara a la campaña navideña, que promuevan el sell-out y fortalezcan la relación con nuestros socios comerciales.
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 2:00 am a 12:00 m (por cambios de horario en el país el horario está sujeto a cambios).
Responsabilidades:
- Proponer ideas creativas enfocadas en clientes multimarca (calzado, ropa, accesorios)
- Desarrollar campañas completas: concepto, copy, diseño y aplicación en formatos gráficos, digitales y audiovisuales
- Comunicar las propuestas a agentes y clientes B2B de forma clara y atractiva
- Diseñar materiales promocionales y soportes físicos (PLV, roll-ups, cartelería)
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, ventas y trade
- Es valorable que sepas implementar herramientas como AutoCAD, SketchUp, Endscape, Revit (valorable).
- Aportar soluciones que generen valor tangible para el cliente B2B
Requisitos:
- 2–3 años de experiencia ejecutando ideas creativas con retorno comprobable
- Formación en marketing y redes sociales
- Adobe Creative Suite y Leonardo Cinema para video
- Experiencia en moda y retail multimarca
- Edición de video y uso de herramientas de IA para generar imágenes y conceptos visuales

Role Responsibilities
In this role, you'll ensure our customers have a seamless, supportive, and elevated experience while helping our team stay on track. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Experience & Support
- Oversee daily customer support and manage the client journey.
- Manage and respond in our Facebook Group and Circle communities.
- Follow up on client payments in arrears and send dunning emails.
Executive & Team Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule client meetings.
- Support program delivery by uploading videos/resources to course areas.
- Manage events and programming, including Slack channels.
- Set up and support live events on Zoom.
- Organize and maintain G-Drive, email lists, and project archives.
Marketing & Tech
- Create Canva graphics and format documents.
- Load and segment emails in ConvertKit.
- Manage checkout pages in SamCart and provide general tech support for platforms such as MemberVault, Deadline Funnel, EasyWebinar, and more.
- DM leads, track metrics (Google Analytics, SamCart, Honeybook, ConvertKit, Social), and manage mastermind Slack channels.
Project Management
- Manage deadlines and tasks in ClickUp.
- Ensure the team is on track to reach goals.
- Book calls, send follow-ups, and purchase gifts for clients.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- C2 English proficiency (especially written communication).
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, launches, and project management.
- Experience in B2B marketing or online education programs
(service-based businesses, curriculum, coaching, or digital programs). - Strong knowledge of funnels, conversions, list building, analytics, and launches.
- Proficiency with Canva,
ConvertKit (required)
, ClickUp (or similar), SamCart (or similar). - Exceptional attention to detail—able to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a "figure it out" mindset.

A day in the life:
The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning : determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
- Coordinating : working with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
- Research and analysis : learning about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Forecasting and projections : working with our specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives.

- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels

A day in the life:
The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning : determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
- Coordinating : working with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
- Research and analysis : learning about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Forecasting and projections : working with our specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
- Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
- Familiarity with earned media channels
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index

A day in the life:
The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning : determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
- Coordinating : working with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
- Research and analysis : learning about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Forecasting and projections : working with our specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
- Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
- Familiarity with earned media channels
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack

A day in the life:
The Sr. Growth Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs and crafting integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, and YouTube). You will work closely with teams of channel specialists (including Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, and Email) to develop impactful marketing strategies that will be used both by account teams and also to help Power Digital acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Planning : determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
- Coordinating : working with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan
- Research and analysis : learning about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc
- Forecasting and projections : working with our specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure that projections match up with client budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms
- Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
- Familiarity with earned media channels
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack
