PPC Manager
who can drive measurable growth across our paid channels. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
, and other digital platforms—while collaborating closely with our SEO and creative teams to maximize performance and ROI.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
. - Analyze
lead costs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
to guide strategic decisions. - Edit and optimize
video creatives
for paid campaigns. - Integrate and manage
tracking pixels, tags, and conversion events
across websites and landing pages. - Collaborate with our
SEO Manager
to ensure paid and organic efforts are aligned. - Continuously A/B test creative, copy, and targeting to reduce cost per lead and increase engagement.
- Report on performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads required).
- Proven track record in
lead generation
and
cost optimization
. - Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
. - Experience with
video editing
(Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
- Technical know-how to connect marketing platforms with CRM or website backends.

The Marketing Team is one of the biggest teams at Fever, and it's why they provide services to almost every single department. Through data and research, their work is to design, develop, execute, and analyze compelling 360º marketing campaigns that inspire our community to discover the best their cities have to offer.
Some of the teams within the marketing department are Acquisition, Growth, Category Management, CRM, Social Media, Content, or Creative Optimization.
About The Role
- Own the marketing strategy of your experiences
- Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for our partners and our own very unique Fever Original events
- Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities
- Manage the p&l of your region and manage a big marketing budget
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting.)
- Grow your own experiences
About You
- You have +8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.
- You have a native/bilingual level of English. A second language is a plus.
- You have a marketing background.
