Dirigir y coordinar equipos de desarrollo de software que trabajan tanto en proyectos nuevos como en el mantenimiento de sistemas legados (
RPG/DB2 en IBM System i
) integrados con soluciones Web. Su misión es asegurar la calidad técnica y funcional de las entregas, alineando los desarrollos con los objetivos del negocio y liderando con criterio técnico y humano a equipos multidisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Coordinar equipos mixtos de desarrollo (tecnologías web + sistemas legacy).
• Asegurar la calidad y el cumplimiento de plazos de los entregables.
• Evaluar y asignar tareas según competencias individuales y prioridades del negocio.
• Detectar y mitigar riesgos técnicos o de planificación.
• Interactuar con áreas funcionales para traducir requerimientos en especificaciones técnicas.
• Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y evolución tecnológica.
• Generar documentación clara para nuevos desarrollos o mantenimientos.

For the Web Development program, we are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to support our students' educational process and help them successfully become professionals.

As an instructor, your mission is to help students resolve all doubts about the content of the program and deal with the exercises and projects. You will be able to assist students through Discord in written and voice channels and during Q&A sessions .

You will lead a cohort of students through a 10-month program while sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge. You will help students in the following forms:

• Answer written student questions in the platform channels per sprint during the set time slots for all cohorts.
• Assist students in the Co-learning space, a voice channel per profession available for students from all cohorts of the same region to discuss together, share screens and solve doubts orally.
• Hold once a week the Q&A session for your cohort based on the students questions that they can submit in advance.

Also:

• Moderate the Co-learning space (Voice Channel) with students from all cohorts.
• Keep your cohort active in the community channel: often post some interesting article, challenge, quizzes, games, etc.
• Check students feedback periodically to implement improvements
• Analyze weekly students progress reports shared by the Community Manager to decide Q&A topics and define action plans in the cohort meetings.
• Participate in your cohort events (Pre-boarding meeting, Orientation/onboarding meeting, Marathons, Code quizzes, Graduation meeting).

• Proficient level of Spanish and intermediate level of English.
• 2+ years of work experience as a Full-stack web developer.
