Detalles del puesto:

    Lunes a viernes,
    dentro del rango de 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. MST hasta 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
    según las necesidades del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Procesar ciclos completos de nómina cumpliendo las normativas y prácticas de EE. UU.
  • Mantener la precisión en los registros de horas, beneficios y deducciones.
  • Generar reportes de nómina y colaborar con los equipos de Finanzas y RR. HH.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas fiscales y laborales de EE. UU.
  • Apoyar en auditorías y conciliaciones relacionadas con payroll.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de
    2 años
    gestionando nómina, preferiblemente para clientes de EE. UU.
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) – indispensable.
  • Manejo de
    software de nómina
    como

 Desafíos y Oportunidades

Tu objetivo será realizar y ejecutar una serie de tareas administrativas relativas al área de Compensación y Beneficios (C&B) siguiendo las políticas y procedimiento para la organización de C&B.

¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?

  • Realizar transacciones especificas con los procesos de C&B
  • Responder a solicitudes rutinarias dentro de Recursos Humanos
  • Mantener archivos y documentación para los procesos de C&B
  • Asistir con las creación, manejo y procesamiento de archivos rutinarios
  • Dar soporte a los miembros del equipo en actividades administrativas

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Estudiante avanzado de las carreras de Actuario, Administración de Empresas, Economía o Recursos Humanos y/o carreras afines.
  • Inglés Intermedio/ Avanzado
  • Manejo de Paquete Office
  • Manejo de Power BI

¿Dónde se realizará la Pasantía?
Esquema de trabajo híbrido en nuestro site en Lúmina, Olivos.

Contratación: 6 meses con posibilidad de renovación hasta por 18 meses.

Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing for our employees across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience managing U.S. payroll, preferably using Gusto, Justworks, and Rippling. This role requires expertise in payroll compliance, tax regulations, and multi-state payroll processing within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage payroll through platforms such as Gusto, Justworks, and Rippling.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax filings.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll taxes and reporting requirements.
  • Handle payroll audits and compliance reviews to align with financial industry standards.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
  • Stay current with evolving payroll laws, tax requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in U.S. payroll processing, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Gusto, Justworks, and Rippling is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, compliance, and multi-state payroll processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience handling payroll for a regulated industry is a plus.

Time zone & Working hours

Monday to Thursday 9 am - 6 pm, and Friday 9 am - 1 pm EST.

Compensation

1,800 - 2,000 USD/month.
