We are seeking a highly organized and analytically-minded Project Manager to join our team and oversee retention marketing campaigns across 5+ D2C e-commerce clients simultaneously. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a data-driven approach to project management, and the ability to extract actionable insights from e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail across multiple client accounts.

Multi-Client Project Management

• Manage retention marketing projects across 5+ D2C e-commerce brands simultaneously
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and client communications across multiple accounts
• Ensure all client projects stay on track, on budget, and meet established KPIs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients for project-related
• matters
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between strategy, creative, and execution teams

Data Analysis & Client Reporting

• Extract and analyze performance data from Shopify for each client to measure retention campaign
• effectiveness
• Create comprehensive client reports showing campaign performance, customer behavior insights,
• and ROI metrics
• Manipulate and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide high-level strategic analysis
• Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations based on data analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in clear, actionable formats

Campaign Coordination & Execution

• Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo and other ESP platforms
• Coordinate customer segmentation strategies and personalization initiatives
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of all retention marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify areas for optimization
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all client touchpoints

Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain detailed project documentation and client records using Notion
• Create and update standard operating procedures for client onboarding and campaign
• management
• Use Asana and Base Camp to organize tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration across all client

• Develop and maintain project templates and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Document best practices and learnings to improve agency operations

Technical Skills

• Shopify expertise: Proven ability to navigate Shopify admin, extract data, create reports, and
• analyze e-commerce metrics
• Data manipulation: Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and create
• meaningful insights
• Project management platforms: Hands-on experience with both Asana and Base Camp for
• managing multiple concurrent projects
• Documentation tools: Proficiency with Notion for creating organized, accessible project

Professional Experience

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation & Planning

• Analyze project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Set up projects in our management platform and organize all necessary documentation.
• Assemble and assign the appropriate team (translators, editors, DTP, etc.) for each project.
• Plan and schedule workflows to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Anticipate and control project-related costs and risks.

Project Execution & Monitoring

• Ensure all workflow stages progress according to plan, applying corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding progress, clarifications, and issue resolution.
• Proactively solve production issues or escalate when needed.

Project Delivery, Closure & Evaluation

• Conduct final quality checks
• Address feedback and manage revisions .
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and certifications.

Background:

Professional Experience

• 1+ years of experience as Project Manager, Coordinator, or Lead in translation, localization, or a related service industry.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge

• Experience with project management systems (Plunet preferred).
• Familiarity with CAT tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written communication).

Treasury Analyst at BairesDev

This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on BairesDev's financial health and client relationships. As a key member of the Treasury team, you'll be part of the critical processes of client invoicing, collections, and cash management. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely payments, accurate financial records, and clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
