Principales funciones:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA analysis, test estimation, and designing test cases
  • Knowledge of Selenium with C# for UI testing and SpecFlow with Gherkin syntax
  • Background in testing APIs with .NET
  • Proficiency in backend testing and familiarity with Windows services
  • Solid coding skills with C#, .NET, and JavaScript or similar scripting languages
  • Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or comparable technologies
  • Capability to work with TestRail, MS SQL, ELK stack, Sentry, Postman, Fiddler, and CI/CD tools like TeamCity and Octopus
  • Understanding of Agile workflows and continuous testing principles

We are looking for a skilled Backend Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks and strategies that ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of backend services.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks in Golang to validate backend services and APIs. Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testing. Test RESTful APIs, ensuring correct functionality, error handling, data validation, and performance benchmarks. Validate distributed messaging systems, including message flow, reliability, and fault tolerance. Work with NoSQL databases to test data integrity, consistency, and query performance. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing and early detection of issues. Monitor logs, metrics, and system behavior to proactively detect, investigate, and report defects. Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and QA engineers to align test strategies with system architecture and release goals. Contribute to test plans, test cases, and documentation, ensuring test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements. Advocate for best practices in automation, scalability, and reliability, continuously improving test efficiency and quality standards.
