What you'll do:
  • Pitch Reddit’s advertising solutions and community-driven value to local agencies and brands
  • Manage relationships with clients, helping them understand how to best benefit from Reddit advertising
  • Be the voice of the market and share product feedback with Reddit and Aleph
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers and cross-functional colleagues to ensure clients succeed
  • Speak at events, meet clients face-to-face, and establish Reddit’s presence in the marketing landscape
  • Provide pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and help shape the market strategy
  • From onboarding to contracts to invoicing, you will make things happen
What you need for this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, online media, or within the broader advertising industry
  • A solid grasp of the local digital advertising market and experience at media agencies or ad tech platforms
  • A broad local network in advertising, marketing, and media
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, pitching, and relationship management
  • Strong communication skills: you’re comfortable negotiating deals and speaking at events
  • A strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changes, feedback, and rapid growth
  • Fluent in both English and local language
  • Ability to explain and simplify digital technologies for broader, non-technical audiences

Position Overview:

We're hiring a hands-on Sales Team Lead to take ownership of a high-velocity inside sales team. You'll coach and manage five full-time reps—while also staying active on the phones yourself—to lead by example, drive performance, and help scale the business. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Coaching (60%)

Lead daily team trainings: script drills, objection handling, and live roleplays.

Hold weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to improve rep performance.

Monitor and QA live and recorded calls for quality and consistency.

Provide structured, real-time feedback via Slack and Loom.

Own sales team scheduling, attendance, and accountability.

Live Sales & Personal Quota (40%)

Take inbound and follow-up sales calls across multiple markets.

Convert warm leads into recurring service customers.

Lead by example on calls, script usage, and objection handling.

Contribute to team revenue and sales culture directly.

Performance Management

Track KPIs: close rate, script adherence, booking types, discounts.

Build action plans for underperformers; escalate or terminate as needed.

Collaborate with ops and marketing to remove funnel friction.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in phone-based or home services.

1–2+ years leading or coaching a sales team.

About the role

Are you a dynamic leader passionate about people development and driving exceptional sales performance? As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of IOA, ensuring operational excellence and continuous growth in a fast-paced digital advertising environment. Your leadership will be key to executing sales strategies, fostering a high-performing culture, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In this role, you will:
  • Coach, mentor, and measure the performance of Team Leads and individual Sellers.
  • Identify development gaps and guide Team Leads on effective people management.
  • Keep leaders motivated and foster continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute reward programs, manage contests and bonuses.
  • Own all operational metrics including Outbound Effort, CSAT, and Sales KPIs.
  • Manage reporting cycles (WBR, MBR, QBR) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide strategic advice to help advertisers maximize ROI.
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
  • 2–5 years of experience in team leadership and sales coaching roles.
  • Proven success in advertising sales and media account management.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
