About the role

Position Overview:
We're hiring a hands-on Sales Team Lead to take ownership of a high-velocity inside sales team. You'll coach and manage five full-time reps—while also staying active on the phones yourself—to lead by example, drive performance, and help scale the business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Coaching (60%)
Lead daily team trainings: script drills, objection handling, and live roleplays.
Hold weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to improve rep performance.
Monitor and QA live and recorded calls for quality and consistency.
Provide structured, real-time feedback via Slack and Loom.
Own sales team scheduling, attendance, and accountability.
Live Sales & Personal Quota (40%)
Take inbound and follow-up sales calls across multiple markets.
Convert warm leads into recurring service customers.
Lead by example on calls, script usage, and objection handling.
Contribute to team revenue and sales culture directly.
Performance Management
Track KPIs: close rate, script adherence, booking types, discounts.
Build action plans for underperformers; escalate or terminate as needed.
Collaborate with ops and marketing to remove funnel friction.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in phone-based or home services.
1–2+ years leading or coaching a sales team.
Strong English communication skills with minimal accent.
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools.
Confident closer with a passion for teaching and high standards.
Comfortable giving direct feedback and managing performance.
Highly organized, results-driven, and self-managed.
