In security risk management we're looking to harness the power of industry best practice combined with driving new innovation on how we do security risk assessments and modelling. Our security risk management team is the primary owner of the strategy and practices of how we identify, track and reduce our security risk across everything we do.

To support this we need to use industry best practices paired with emerging threat information to to promote risk identification, quantification, impact analysis, and modelling to ultimately drive decision making. In this role, you will help establish and execute a broad strategic vision for the security risk program at Canonical. You will not only work within the team but also cross-functionally with various teams across the organisation. The team contributes ideas and requirements for Canonical product security, improving the resilience and robustness of all Ubuntu customers and users subject to cyber attacks. Additionally, the team collaborates with our Organisational Learning and Development team to develop playbooks and facilitate security training across Canonical.

The security risk management team's mission is not only to secure Canonical, but also to contribute to the security of the wider open source ecosystem. They might share knowledge through public presentations and industry events, and share threat intelligence with the wider community or represent Canonical in sector-specific governance bodies.

What you will do in this role:

  • Define Canonical's security risk management standards and playbooks
  • Analyse and improve Canonical's security risk practices
  • Evaluate, select and implement new security requirements, tools and practices
  • Grow the presence and thought leadership of Canonical security risk management practice
  • Develop Canonical security risk learning and development materials
  • Work with Security leadership to present information and influence change
  • Participate in developing key risk indicators, provide inputs to the development of key control indicators, and key performance indicators for various programs
  • Apply statistical models to risk frameworks (such as FAIR, sensitivity analysis, and others)
  • Participate in risk management, decision-making, and collaborative discussions
  • Lead quantified risk assessments and understand the value of qualitative data for improvements to quality and engineering processes
  • Interpret internal or external cyber security risk analyses in business terms and recommend a responsible course of action
  • Develop templates and materials to help with self-service risk management actions
  • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of risk management processes
  • Launch campaigns to perform security assessments and help mitigate security risks across the company
  • Build evaluation methods and performance indicators to measure efficiency of security functions and capabilities.

Supervising Associate Risk Management and BCP
This role is for a local Risk Management (ECRM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) SPOC who will be a shared resource for GDS RM and BCP in Argentina. This role would report into the Global Delivery Services (GDS) BCP and RM leads for the BCP and RM areas respectively.
The opportunity
You will be part of EY GDS Global Risk Management and BCP Team and will support to ensure compliance to internal policy requirements and state of readiness.
Your key responsibilities

Risk Management Role:
• The job profile for RM broadly entails helping the GDS RM lead plan, implement and monitor systems and compliance processes for the GDS business in Argentina and extend support with respect to co-ordination on legal matters.
• Assist in monitoring compliance to various EY policy matters and in consultation with the GDS RM lead, advice function heads on RM matters
• Execute and help manage Business Relationship specific compliances as per EY’s policies
• Manage various initiatives around creating RM awareness in GDS Argentina

• Graduate or equivalent
• Exposure to emerging and evolving technologies like GenAI, Bots, RPA and tools such and similar as Archer, Everbridge, SharePoint, SAP, Power BI etc.
• BCP Certification (Associate Business Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Vendor, Certified Functional Continuity Professional, Certified Business Continuity Professional, Master Business Continuity Professional)
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Experience in working in large matrixed organization
• Flexible to travel, if required.
• Strong knowledge of both business recovery and testing methodologies.
• Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-centric multi- national environment

  • Creation of an internal training plan for the ACT Forum Argentina on humanitarian issues
  • Development of didactic and informational material
  • Support for emergency aid and prevention measures at community level
  • Advising on the regular review of the emergency preparedness and response plan
Qualifications:
  • Relevant university degree
  • Several years of professional experience in disaster prevention & relief
  • Knowledge of youth and adult education
  • Experience in strategic planning and evaluation
  • Experience in the field of adapted technologies desirable
  • Business fluent in Spanish, and English or German

**Lo que harás:**
+ Analizar y reportar métricas financieras del área.
+ Controlar y elaborar informes financieros utilizando PowerBI.

+ Utilizar SAP para mantener y actualizar registros financieros.
+ Aplicar habilidades avanzadas en Excel para el análisis y presentación de datos.
**Lo que necesitas:**
+ 4 años de experiencia en el manejo de SAP.
+ 4 años de experiencia utilizando PowerBI para el análisis de datos.
+ 4 años de experiencia avanzada en Excel.
+ 4 años de experiencia en análisis de datos financieros.
+ 4 años de experiencia en comprensión y manejo de contratos.
**Lo que sería ideal tener (Deseable):**
+ 4 años de experiencia trabajando en el sector financiero.
+ 4 años de experiencia en gestión de contratos y procesos de contratación.
+ Fluidez en inglés (nivel avanzado).
+ 4 años de experiencia en administración de empresas o contabilidad.
+ Experiencia en crear informes financieros detallados y bien estructurados.
