Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte especializado al módulo de SAP MM, asegurando la continuidad operativa del sistema.
• Participar activamente en proyectos de mantenimiento, proponiendo e implementando mejoras.
  Realizar pruebas exhaustivas del módulo para validar nuevas funcionalidades y resolver incidencias.
  Elaborar y actualizar manuales de usuario y documentación técnica para garantizar la correcta utilización del sistema.
• Colaborar de manera fluida y efectiva con equipos internacionales.
• Trabajar con version S4 hanna y tener conocimientos en S3.

Requisitos

• Experiencia más de 3 años demostrable como consultor/a SAP MM.
• Inglés avanzado (excluyente) para comunicarse con el equipo global.
• Sólida experiencia en proyectos de mantenimiento y soporte al módulo SAP MM.
• Conocimiento en la creación de manuales y realización de pruebas.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y autogestionada.
• Experiencia con ticketeras y metodologías agiles.

We are seeking IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, primarily supporting SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD modules and related systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives, including AI.

• Understand user issues, analyze system logic and business processes, and provide resolution advice.
• Offer operational guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with related IT and business teams.
• Engage in studying, practicing, and contributing to AI operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Logistics.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations.
• Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI).
• Skills in ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk are a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
• Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts when required.
