Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Social Media Reporting Analyst
para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Data & Reporting en Martinez, Buenos Aires. Será clave en el proceso de traducción de datos en decisiones estratégicas, midiendo la performance de contenidos y campañas de social media, diseñando dashboards y generando reportes claros que brinden insights de valor para nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades clave
- Traducir datos en decisiones estratégicas: identificar qué funciona, qué no, y aportar conclusiones e insights de valor para la toma de decisiones.
- Encontrar y proponer oportunidades de crecimiento, mejora y optimización.
- Medir contenidos, engagement, alcance y KPIs clave en plataformas digitales para evaluar la performance de contenidos y campañas digitales.
- Diseñar dashboards y sistemas de reporte avanzados para monitoreo en tiempo real. - reportes ad hoc de una categoría/pilar/industria, o de acciones digitales específicas.
- Coordinar con los equipos de contenido y creatividad para alinear acciones a partir de insights.
- Realizar estudios de mercado e industria, benchmarks y análisis de la competencia.
- Generar reportes claros, accionables y relevantes para clientes y equipos internos de contenidos de marca (orgánicos y pagos), y de actividad de influencers marketing.
- Implementar y operar herramientas de brand monitoring & social listening para monitorear conversaciones, tendencias y menciones de marca, industria y competencia.
- Analizar las audiencias digitales y sus comportamientos en las plataformas.
Requisitos
- ~2-3 años de experiencia en roles similares - excluyente
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas de visualización como Looker Studio, Power BI, entre otras.
- Dominio de KPIs digitales, performance en redes sociales y herramientas de social listening (Netbase, Brandwatch, sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, entre otras).
- Nivel intermedio de Google Sheets/Excel.
- Capacidad para transformar datos complejos en insights accionables con foco en optimización.
- Experiencia en diseño y automatización de dashboards/reportes.
- Buen manejo de comunicación para presentar resultados a distintos públicos.
- Experiencia en colaboración con equipos creativos, de estrategia y cuentas.
- Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 2 veces por semana en oficina ubicada en Martinez, Buenos Aires.

Objetivo de la posición:
El/la
Social Media Campaign Implementation
será responsable de implementar, optimizar y reportar campañas publicitarias de anunciantes en las redes sociales de Latinoamérica de nuestro cliente, importante multinacional de entretenimientos y medios de comunicación. Su foco principal será garantizar la correcta ejecución de las campañas en plataformas como Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, alineándose con las políticas internas de la compañía y los objetivos comerciales de los anunciantes.
Este rol será clave dentro del equipo regional de Social Ad Operations, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con áreas de Ventas, Marketing, Ad Operations y Analytics para asegurar la excelencia en la operación publicitaria digital.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Implementación de campañas:
Ejecutar campañas publicitarias de anunciantes en las plataformas sociales (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, entre otras). - Configuración y control:
Administrar el set-up completo de las campañas, asegurando el correcto targeteo, presupuesto, pacing, formatos y lineamientos creativos. - Optimización en curso:
Monitorear diariamente el rendimiento de las campañas y realizar ajustes para maximizar KPIs clave (CPM, CPA, CPV, CTR, VTR, ER, etc.). - Gestión de métricas:
Interpretar dashboards y reportes de cada plataforma, analizando performance con foco en resultados de negocio. - Generación de reportes:
Elaborar reportes parciales y finales de campaña, con insights estratégicos y recomendaciones accionables para anunciantes y equipos internos. - Innovación y mejora continua:
Proponer oportunidades de optimización y recomendaciones para próximas campañas. - Cumplimiento de estándares:
Garantizar que las campañas respeten las políticas publicitarias de la empresa y de cada red social.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Project Manager to lead content and communications across Nick Gross's personal platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter), the Gross Labs website and channels, and Find Your Grind's social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn).
This is both a creative and client-facing role. You will shape how Gross Labs and its ecosystem show up online, while also joining meetings with Nick, capturing client needs, and ensuring smooth execution with our creative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own content calendars and posting across Nick Gross's platforms, Gross Labs channels, and Find Your Grind
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and long-form articles for the Gross Labs website
- Support campaigns connected to partner relationships like X Games, BeeUp, Breakaway Festival, and Beatbox Beverages
- Join meetings with Nick as a client-facing representative, ensuring client success and strong communication
- Capture client asks and feedback, then work with the creative team to turn them into clear deliverables
- Track deliverables and keep ClickUp (our project management tool) updated to maintain accountability across projects
- Spot opportunities to improve workflow, content performance, and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel & Creator Manager to manage and optimize our Shopify and TikTok Shop presence while leading creator partnerships across TikTok and Instagram.
