Responsabilidades y más:

Diseñar, desplegar y asegurar la plataforma de reingeniería de datos y procesos en la nube corporativa, incluyendo el orquestador de flujos n8n bajo estándares de seguridad empresarial. Conectar el cerebro IA (Grok4 Heavy + Claude 4 Opus + GPT-5 + Gemini 1.5 Pro) con ERP/CRM Globant y el ecosistema de plataformas confirmadas.

Responsabilidades

• Desplegar n8n en la nube propia (GCP/AWS/Azure) con alta disponibilidad y seguridad (Kubernetes/VMs).

• Usar base de datos PostgreSQL gestionada (Cloud SQL / RDS / Azure PG) y Redis (modo Queue) para escalabilidad.

• Configurar SSO (OIDC/SAML) con el IdP corporativo (Google Workspace/Okta/Entra ID) y RBAC por entorno.

• Aislar la red: subredes privadas, acceso vía VPN/PrivateLink, Ingress con TLS y allowlist de IPs.

• Proteger secretos con Secret Manager + KMS; gestionar N8N_ENCRYPTION_KEY y rotación de claves.

• Implementar GitOps de workflows (export/import JSON de n8n) con repos privado, ramas por entorno y PRs obligatorios.

• Automatizar CI/CD (Terraform + Helm) para reproducibilidad de infraestructura y despliegues controlados.

• Backups y DR: PITR de PostgreSQL, snapshots versionados de buckets, rehearsals de restauración trimestrales.

• Observabilidad: logs a SIEM (Chronicle/Sentinel/Splunk), métricas Prometheus/Grafana, alertas de salud.

• Diseñar data lake/warehouse (BigQuery/Synapse), ETL/ELT, RAG híbrido (Weaviate+Elasticsearch) y dashboards Power BI.

• Entregar runbooks (operación, incidentes, DR), matrices IAM y mapa de integraciones por área.

Requisitos

• Carrera: Ingeniería de Sistemas/Computación/Telecom o afín.

• +7 años en Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) y redes privadas (VPC, VPN, Peering).

• +4 años en contenedores/Kubernetes y orquestación (Helm/Terraform).

• +3 años operando n8n, Airflow o similares en producción con SSO y RBAC.

• Experiencia en seguridad cloud (IAM, KMS, Secret Manager, SIEM) y cumplimiento.

• Experiencia en RAG híbrido (Weaviate + Elasticsearch) y pipelines de datos.

• Conocimiento de CI/CD, GitOps, observabilidad (Prometheus/Grafana) y DR.

Única modalidad por proyecto (6 semanas): USD 6,000 (Argentina, Colombia o Perú).

Esquema de pagos: 30% adelanto, 20% al 50% del avance, 50% a la finalización.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.

• MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
• Experience collaborating with teams, groups, business units, channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, or content delivery networks.

As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will help customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products. You will lead the successful adoption of Google Cloud at organizations, guiding them through the strategic and technical facets of their Google Cloud transformation journey. You'll manage the successful delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services. In this role, you will regularly engage with various stakeholder groups, including leadership of enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.

• Architect cloud infrastructure solutions like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack, Ceph, and Spark either On-Premises or in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Architect and integrate popular open source software such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Cassandra and NGINX
• Help partners to offer and architect joint solutions utilizing Canonical's technologies on top of the public clouds and in the data center
• Design and publish joint Reference Architectures and perform technical validations with various partners
• Prepare and run onboarding sessions/workshops with various partners' teams to promote Canonical products and solutions
  
  

• Extensive experience with Linux (Ubuntu preferred), Kubernetes, Ceph, software automation
• Experience designing and implementing solutions on top of public or private clouds
• Python and bash understanding, troubleshooting skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High motivation, ability to multi-task and follow-up reliably on commitments
• Interest in customer-facing engagement, including pitching, demonstrating and understanding customer environment and needs
• Interest in new technologies like LXD, Juju and Snaps
• Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related technical field experience

Our worldwide field engineering team apply expert insights to real-world customer problems, enabling the enterprise adoption of Ubuntu, OpenStack, Kubernetes, AI/MLOps and a wide range of associated technologies. We are experts in the whole open source stack, from kernel to desktop, from cloud to the edge. Our team is also interested in business problems - building things reliably, efficiently and cost-effectively, and we have to learn to speak the language of our customers and their industries.

We help global companies embrace public and private cloud infrastructure, cloud native operations, and open source applications. For this team we are looking for several Alliances Engineers to support OEM (hardware manufacturers), GSI (global system integrators), ISV (independent software vendors), Channel partners and Public Cloud alliance partners. You will support various alliances and partners of Canonical to adopt our products and technologies, help business leaders to define joint go-to-market programs with partners from the technical standpoint.

We often say that our field engineers have 'the hardest job at Canonical' because customers can ask about any aspect of our solutions and products and expect a thoughtful, well-informed answer. We always want to do the best thing for our partners and customers, regardless of our company interests, and field engineers are the people we trust to ensure that is true.

Location : This is a home-based role, we are hiring worldwide.

What your day will look like

• Understand Ubuntu, Linux, networking and services in real-world environments
