- Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.

YOUR TALENT- One to two years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear, with a results-driven track record.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals, preferably with experience in a commission-based role; strong customer service skills; effective communication; ability to present to groups.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 30 pounds, including working at heights using ladders or step stools.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of sales and stock areas; operate foot controls for mobile shelving; exposure to working at heights.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:
