Supervisar las actividades diarias de perforación, carguío y acarreo, garantizando una producción segura, eficiente y óptima.

Liderar y Gestionar al equipo de trabajo para establecer un entorno de trabajo positivo e inclusivo que cumpla con las metas de producion.

Coordinar eficazmente con stakeholders para garatizar la produccion y las iniciativas de mejora continua .

Monitorear el cumplimiento del programa de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Prevención de Pérdidas (HSLP).

Asegurar el uso seguro y eficiente de equipos mineros y brindar entrenamiento para fomentar la multifuncionalidad de operadores.

The Supervisor, Digital Ad Operations (Trafficker) will be responsible for:

• Implement and ensure the effective execution of streaming and digital campaigns.
