Job Position Description:
Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of cleaning principles and team management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Training cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures
- Oversees staff performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
- Train cleaners on task schedules specific to individual accounts
- Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
- Assign shifts and make necessary adjustment in case of call off or no shows
- Respond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as require.
- Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

Su objetivo es dispensar medicamentos y productos farmacéuticos, cumpliendo con las normativas y estándares de la empresa.
Sus principales tareas serán:
- Atención, venta y facturacion de medicamentos, productos farmacéuticos y servicios ofrecidos en la farmacia.
- Mantenerse constantemente actualizado de la legislación de la industria farmacéutica y normativas de obras sociales.
- Controlar existencias y realizar el pedido de faltantes. Recepcionar, controlar y acomodar los productos. Actualizar códigos y precios.
- Colaborar con el equipo de trabajo en las tareas diarias y cumplir los objetivos propuestos por sus supervisores.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
El horario laboral es Full-time de cortado, y la modalidad de trabajo es Presencial.

Su objetivo es dispensar medicamentos y productos farmacéuticos, cumpliendo con las normativas y estándares de la empresa.
Sus principales tareas serán:
- Atención, venta y facturacion de medicamentos, productos farmacéuticos y servicios ofrecidos en la farmacia.
- Mantenerse constantemente actualizado de la legislación de la industria farmacéutica y normativas de obras sociales.
- Controlar existencias y realizar el pedido de faltantes. Recepcionar, controlar y acomodar los productos. Actualizar códigos y precios.
- Colaborar con el equipo de trabajo en las tareas diarias y cumplir los objetivos propuestos por sus supervisores.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
El horario laboral es Full-time de cortado, y la modalidad de trabajo es Presencial.

Para este puesto necesitamos:
- Experiencia previa como minimo de 5 años en puestos similares del sector farmacéutico. (excuyente)
- Se valorará capacidad de trabajo autónomo y responsable.

Casa Hospital San Juan de Dios se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Enfermería para los servicios de Terapia Intensiva y Guardia. La posición tiene como objetivo planificar, coordinar, supervisar y evaluar los cuidados de enfermería brindados en el área crítica, garantizando una atención segura, oportuna, humanizada y de calidad, en consonancia con los valores de nuestra Institución.
El puesto reportará a la Subjefatura de Enfermería del Área Crítica.
Principales responsabilidades
- Supervisar la correcta aplicación de protocolos y normativas institucionales.
- Coordinar la asignación del personal segun demanda y complejidad.
- Promover el cumplimiento de bioseguridad y seguridad del paciente.
- Acompañar al equipo ante situaciones de alta carga emocional.
- Identificar necesidades de formación y evaluar desempeño.
- Controlar insumos críticos y equipamiento biomédico.
- Participar en auditorías e iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Fomentar la cultura de reporte y aprendizaje de eventos adversos.
- Facilitar el acompañamiento espiritual de pacientes y familias.
- Representar los valores de hospitalidad, respeto, espiritualidad y responsabilidad.
- Formación : Licenciatura en Enfermería (excluyente), especialización en Cuidados Críticos/Urgencias, formación en liderazgo o gestión.
- Experiencia : Mínimo 3 años en Terapia Intensiva o Guardia.
