You will monitor phone and ticketing systems, troubleshoot technical issues in the application hosting environment, and coordinate with internal teams to support end-user success.You will resolve desktop and application issues across Windows and Mac systems, troubleshoot mail flow and connectivity problems, and ensure service levels are consistently met. Requirements

  • C1 level of English is a must (spoken and written).
  • +3 years of experience in the same role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced PC knowledge (ability to assemble and upgrade computers).
  • Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, Server 2016/22.
  • Ability to set up and maintain domain controllers.
  • Strong experience in networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Knowledge of configuring firewalls, opening ports, and setting up high availability redundancy for dual ISPs.
  • Experience setting up printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Work Conditions

  • Remote position, aligned with Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) / Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4).
  • Daily interaction with US-based teams.
  • Paid time off:
    • 5 sick days after 6 months.
