About the Role:
We’re looking for a Video Producer to lead the charge in creating bold, high-performing video content across formats and platforms. You’ll be responsible for every phase of the video production pipeline—from ideation to publishing. Whether it’s long-form podcasts or punchy TikTok content, your work will shape how our brand shows up online. This is a role for a creative leader who’s excited to experiment, iterate, and push visual boundaries alongside a talented in-house graphic designer.
Responsibilities:
- Own the YouTube content strategy and execution from day one.
- Produce and edit long-form podcasts and transform them into engaging clips for social media.
- Optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social ads.
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and marketing team to bring brand stories to life.
- Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm changes—and help us adapt fast.
- Guide the team on video best practices, content structure, and what actually performs online.
- Proven success creating and growing content for YouTube and social platforms.
- At least 4 years of experience in video production with a strong focus on social-first content.
- Strong editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Sharp storytelling instincts—especially for short-form content.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and move quickly.
- Bonus if you’ve worked on podcasts or performance marketing content.

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to join our NEX-team, driving the visibility and engagement of both NEXBRIDGE (issuance platform for regulated digital assets) and NEXPLACE (global exchange for tokenized assets).
This role requires a professional who can translate complex financial and Web3 narratives into engaging, platform-native content , ensuring that our social media channels build trust, grow communities, and position our platforms as global leaders in regulated digital assets.
You’ll manage day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with our broader brand and growth strategy. Working closely with the Growth & Content Writer and leadership, you’ll amplify our voice across social platforms with consistency, creativity, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Content Planning & Execution – Develop and manage the social media calendar for NEXBRIDGE and NEXPLACE, aligning posts with company news, product updates, and thought leadership pieces.
- LinkedIn Focus – Lead strategy and posting on LinkedIn for investor-focused content and company updates.
- Twitter Growth – Execute a consistent posting and engagement strategy to position NEXBRIDGE and NEXPLACE, within the regulated digital asset conversation.
- Community Exploration – Support early experiments in Telegram and Farcaster to test engagement formats and community resonance.
- Brand Consistency – Ensure all social content reflects our premium positioning, with an investor-first tone that bridges finance and Web3.

The Role:
The social media manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies for Bitfinex. We are looking for an experienced social media manager who understands our company, as well as trading and financial and crypto markets, and can speak in the language of professional and institutional investors. The successful candidate will be able to bring our values and campaigns to life across our social media channels. You will develop and execute a social media strategy for Bitfinex that develops our presence and identity with the aim of bringing higher levels of engagement and trust among our customers and followers. We are the Original Bitcoin Exchange, with a deep belief in the financial freedom provided by Bitcoin, and the time-tested, battle-hardened technology that underpins it. You will monitor and regularly present project updates and reports to the senior team and the wider marketing team, and will be assessed on your ability to increase engagement and growth across all our social media platforms
You will be expected to regularly review the efficiency of campaigns and discover new ways to optimise their growth. You will also be expected to understand the latest trends within the market.
Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and implement social strategies that drive community engagement and increase Bitfinex brand awareness and user acquisition.
Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out.
Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing and business efforts.
Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management on a weekly basis.
Put our community first, always. Make a positive impact in the hearts of our direct supporters and the larger community.
Create synergies with the PR team to initiate joint projects which feature a high integration of social.
Network with industry professionals and influencers through social media outreach and leverage these relationships to benefit our PR and marketing efforts.
Work with our product team to surface valuable customer feedback which can inform new product developments.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of work experience in social media management and/or strategy in technology, finance or media.
Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (only applications in English will be accepted).
Experience prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with copywriters, designers, customer support, product managers, etc.
Ability to deal with negative sentiment diplomatically, and convert detractors to supporters.
Ability to use data to communicate and report how social goals, strategy and results, relate to wider business aims.

Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and implement social strategies that drive community engagement and increase Bitfinex brand awareness and user acquisition.
Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out.
Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing and business efforts.
Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management on a weekly basis.
Put our community first, always. Make a positive impact in the hearts of our direct supporters and the larger community.
Create synergies with the PR team to initiate joint projects which feature a high integration of social.
Network with industry professionals and influencers through social media outreach and leverage these relationships to benefit our PR and marketing efforts.
Work with our product team to surface valuable customer feedback which can inform new product developments.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of work experience in social media management and/or strategy in technology, finance or media.
Demonstrated self-starter, with the ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (only applications in English will be accepted).
Experience prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with copywriters, designers, customer support, product managers, etc.
Ability to deal with negative sentiment diplomatically, and convert detractors to supporters.
Ability to use data to communicate and report how social goals, strategy and results, relate to wider business aims.
Ability to work with visuals, simple gifs, PS assets, videos, etc.

Our US-based client is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager (70% creator / 30% manager) to build and scale our organic presence across LinkedIn and Facebook (current), and launch new communities on X, Instagram, and Reddit. You’ll own strategy, creation, publishing, and community engagement focused on fraud, data security, and cybersecurity in residential real estate—serving institutional SFR & multifamily operators, MLS/Association executives, and residential property managers.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Follower growth: Material increases across all active platforms.
- Engagement rate: Sustained lift in reactions, comments, shares, and saves.
- Content velocity: Consistent, channel-appropriate posting cadence you define and run.
- Pipeline impact: More booked meetings originating from organic social (tracked via agreed source/attribution).

- 3–5+ years growing B2B social channels (SaaS and/or real estate/proptech a plus).
- A creator’s toolkit: copywriting, short-form video editing, basic graphic design, and story packaging across LinkedIn/X/IG/Reddit.
- Proven track record turning organic social into qualified meetings (case studies or portfolio welcome).
- Comfort operating as a team of one—from strategy to shipping—and knowing when to pull in freelancers.
