Responsabilidades del rol

  • Levantar necesidades de clientes internos/externos y diseñar soluciones a medida en gestión de personas.

Requisitos

  • Título profesional en Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en consultoría de RR.HH., gestión de personas o desarrollo organizacional.
  • Conocimiento actualizado de la legislación laboral chilena.
  • Manejo de metodologías de selección por competencias y herramientas de evaluación.
  • Deseable experiencia en implementación de sistemas o software de RR.HH.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de clientes.

Tareas diarias del puesto:

  • Reunirse con los clientes para evaluar, revisar y analizar nuevos requerimientos.
  • Habilidad para cuestionar y proponer alternativas a las soluciones solicitadas por el cliente.
  • Documentar y especificar el alcance de los flujos funcionales y técnicos para el desarrollo de los requerimientos.
  • Asumir el rol de referente para brindar soporte al resto del equipo de analistas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Administrar y realizar el seguimiento integral de una cartera de clientes (personas jurídicas y humanas).
  • Maximizar la rentabilidad de las cuentas bajo gestión, impulsando el cross-selling de productos y controlando riesgos asociados.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar vínculos sólidos con clientes actuales y prospectivos.
  • Concretar operaciones financieras, definiendo tasas, comisiones y plazos, dentro de los límites de crédito aprobados.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes, asegurando la fidelización e incremento de la cartera asignada.
  • Cumplir con la estrategia global del área y los presupuestos asignados, proponiendo alternativas de solución ante desvíos.
  • Detectar necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones competitivas en servicios financieros, créditos y comercio exterior.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares dentro de Bancos, Compañías Financieras o ALyCs.
  • Graduado universitario en carreras afines.
  • Certificación Idóneo CNV (mandatorio).
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y capacidad comercial.
  • Marcada orientación a resultados y al desarrollo de negocios.
