Tu día a día:

  • Definición de la estrategia go-to-market de vix y del ecosistema digital de televisaunivisión liderando al equipo de producto, estrategia e insights y medición.
  • Liderar la investigación de mercado para identificar oportunidades, tendencias de consumo de video y gaps en el mercado avod.
  • Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de producto para definir y ejecutar la hoja de ruta del producto, asegurando que las nuevas funcionalidades y el contenido se desarrollen con una clara visión de mercado y potencial de monetización.
  • Desarrollar la propuesta de valor única de la plataforma avod y de su contenido premium.
  • Crear la narrativa y los mensajes clave que resuenen con las audiencias de consumidores y, crucialmente, con los anunciantes (destacando el valor del inventario publicitario).
  • Asegurar la coherencia de la marca y el mensaje en todos los puntos de contacto

About This Role

The Content Marketing Strategist & Social Media Specialist will own the planning, development, and execution of our social media content strategy that drives awareness and engagement with our brand. About the Team

The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. The role

As a Sr. Performance Makerting Analyst you’ll play a critical role our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms. You’ll leverage data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, DTC environments and is excited to build a best-in-class paid social program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.

The Sr. Performance Makerting Analyst within CookUnity’s in-house growth team will be responsible for contributing to the development of our paid social media strategy while owning tactical execution of that strategy to achieve performance objectives. Bringing expert knowledge of the social landscape and applying insights based on data and consumer behavior, the ideal candidate will scale our paid social channels while also keeping the broader Growth team informed on emerging trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong media background to drive the paid social media strategy with our key partners and internal stakeholders across Brand, Technology, Data and Product.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, the Senior Associate, Paid Social will manage campaigns across paid social channels, leverage data and testing to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally with the creative, data and tech teams to support channel growth. This role will collaborate closely with the CRM, Creative, and Brand teams as well as collaborate cross-functionally with the Product, Tech, and Design teams.

Responsibilities 1. Own and Execute Paid Social Growth Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency, ensuring campaigns are scalable and profitable.
2. Optimize Campaigns, Budgets & Creative to Maximize Growth
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Leverage media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact.
  • Work closely with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting experiments to scale high-LTV cohorts.
3. Build and Execute a Robust Testing Roadmap
  • Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaign creative, audience strategies, bidding strategies, ad formats, and other key performance drivers.
  • Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to develop and test landing pages that improve conversion rates.
  • Explore new automation, AI, and machine learning tools for real-time optimization.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration for Growth
  • Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with the overall growth vision.
  • Collaborate with Performance Creative to drive data-driven storytelling that resonates with CookUnity’s target customers.
  • Partner with the CRM team to ensure new customers transition seamlessly into the lifecycle journey for retention.
5. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends & Advise Leadership
  • Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and others.
  • Bring innovation into CookUnity’s paid social approach, identifying emerging trends, betas, and AI-driven tools that can drive efficiencies.
  • Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social within high-growth DTC companies.
  • Advanced English skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities
  • Planificación estratégica: diseño y ejecución del plan de marketing trimestral y anual (canales, presupuesto, objetivos).
  • Gestión del área: coordinar y dar seguimiento a tareas de contenido/diseño, SDR y proveedores externos.
  • Ejecución de campañas: diseño y operación de campañas de Paid Media, Email Marketing y WhatsApp, además de supervisar redes sociales, blog y newsletter. Supervisión y coordinación: validar briefs, entregables y materiales.
  • Articulación con otras áreas: trabajar junto a Ventas para asegurar la calidad de leads, y coordinar con Producto y Operaciones para reflejar novedades en la comunicación.

Qualifications
  • 5 años de experiencia en roles de Marketing, con al menos 2 liderando equipos o áreas.
  • Experiencia en marketing digital (Paid Media, Email, CRM) y branding/contenido.
  • Capacidad de gestionar y ejecutar campañas, no solo de diseñar estrategia.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos, comunicación y liderazgo.

  • Experiencia en startups con procesos en construcción.

About the role:
We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Marketing Analyst to help us make smarter decisions, faster. You’ll own the data behind our customer journey — from first impression to conversion — and help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where the biggest growth opportunities lie.

You’ll work closely with the growth, creative, and product teams to set up funnel tracking, evaluate creative performance, conduct competitive research, and uncover insights that fuel smarter acquisition strategies. Your work will directly influence spend allocation, campaign development, and optimization decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitor full-funnel tracking — from ad click to sign-up to retention

  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior

  • Partner with growth and product teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements

  • Analyze the performance of paid media and content campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, email)

  • Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment

  • Surface actionable recommendations on what’s working and where to iterate

  • Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers

  • Compile and present intelligence that helps shape our own positioning, messaging, and creative tests

  • Create weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with both high-level summaries and deep dives

  • Work cross-functionally to connect marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs

  • Help build forecasting models and identify underperforming segments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or growth analytics role (bonus if in a startup or high-growth environment)

  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel dynamics, and customer journeys

  • Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-based analytics platforms

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus

  • Highly comfortable working with cross-functional teams, asking good questions, and influencing decisions with data

  • Bonus: exposure to paid media platforms, email performance analytics, or customer segmentation
