What will your mission be?
- Manage and coordinate the daily activity of a section made up of up to 40 people , ensuring that production objectives are met.
- Plan and assign tasks to the team of rolling mills, carpenters, electricians, mechanics and subcontractors , according to the needs of each day.
- Supervise the progress of the works, ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead the operational transformation of the workshop , promoting a culture of order, efficiency and prevention.
- Promote the implementation of the 5S methodology and other continuous improvement practices.
- Actively participate in process engineering projects, including lay-out and industrial transformation .
Profile we are looking for
- Firm commitment to occupational safety and risk prevention : we are looking for a person who leads cultural change in this area, who promotes rigorous compliance with safety protocols and promotes safe behaviours on a daily basis.
- Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Production Manager or Workshop Manager in industrial environments (automotive, machinery, nautical.).
- Solid background in team management and operational planning .
- Knowledge and practical experience in:
- - 5S and Lean Manufacturing
- - Process engineering
- - Lay-out changes and line reorganization
- Mastery of office tools. Familiarity with ERP environments will be positively valued.
- Regulated training in ORP will be highly valued.

Schedule: 9am – 6pm AEG Time (Monday – Friday)
Salary: $1,500 – $2,250 per month
About UseJam is a DTC e-commerce studio that creates, scales, and sells consumer brands. We run full-stack growth in-house—creative, media buying, CRO, and lifecycle—operate globally at high velocity, and lean into AI-enabled marketing and training.
We’re looking for a Post-Production Supervisor to own the production engine from brief to delivery—translating strategy into shot plans and edit queues, orchestrating videographers/editors/designers, enforcing specs and QA for paid channels, and scaling an AI-assisted workflow that ships high-impact assets fast and on schedule.
This is a full-time remote position, with a strong emphasis on managing distributed teams, meeting deadlines, and aligning production with creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and review every video produced by the video editing team, ensuring adherence to a checklist of best practices to optimize content for maximum social media engagement and product purchase conversion.
- Collaborate closely with video editors through iterative feedback loops to refine videos and meet tight production deadlines.
- Manage a team of video editors, fostering a collaborative environment and providing mentorship to elevate creative and technical skills.
- Analyze common themes and areas for improvement across the video editing team’s output, developing and delivering weekly training sessions to enhance team skills and incorporate feedback.
- Evaluate and test new AI tools to improve the quality, efficiency, and innovation of the video editing process.
- Research and analyze emerging video styles and trends across social media platforms, working with editors to recreate and adapt these styles to keep content fresh and competitive in an evolving industry.
- Plan and lead weekly trainings with video editors to share new tools and level up all team members' skillsets.
- Align edits with creative strategy briefs to ensure brand consistency and campaign goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years managing video editors in a DTC brand or agency, with experience as a lead editor or mentoring teams.
- Hands-on experience creating DTC ads and performance-driven short-form video content for social media engagement and conversions.
- Familiarity with video styles, trends, and ad format requirements for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut preferred.
- Experience giving feedback on videos to optimize for scroll-stopping impact and brand consistency.
- Ability to test and delegate AI tools to improve video editing quality and efficiency.
- Proven skill in running simple, effective training sessions to upskill editors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and align content with creative briefs.
- Analytical ability to assess video performance and identify team improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for a fast-paced environment.
