  • Member of the Argentina HSE LT and participates in hiring and retaining HSE talent. Ensures career development plans and training plans for HSE field personnel to ensure consistency in competency development for health, environment, safety, HES compliance, policies, OE standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for executing the HSE field business plan.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned HSE professional with the following qualifications:
  • Education : Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical field related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
  • Experience : Minimum of 15 years in Oil & Gas operations, with a strong background in field-based HSE leadership.
  • Language Skills : Advanced or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Technical Knowledge :
    • Strong understanding of risks and hazards associated with Oil & Gas operations.
    • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues and expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Initiative :
