Responsable de Supply Chain Management
Buscamos graduados de la Licenciatura en Logística y/o afines, que cuenten con experiencia previa en roles similares, tengan pleno dominio de herramientas informáticas. La posición reporta al Gerente de Operaciones y las responsabilidades que tendrá asignadas son:
- Planear y coordinar las operaciones de recepción, almacenamiento, preparación y entrega de pedidos, asegurando los niveles óptimos de inventarios mediante la implementación de estrategias de abastecimiento y logística de transporte de acuerdo los presupuestos establecidos, lineamientos de calidad y normativas, proyectando las necesidades de almacén y tránsito de materia prima para fortalecer los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
- Gestionar las compras internacionales, tanto de producto terminado que se comercializa localmente como de materia prima –núcleo- utilizada para producir, basándose en la provisión de ventas anual para poder asegurar un adecuado abastecimiento en tiempo y forma.
- Gestionar el proceso de compra local de materia prima, revisando y aprobando cantidades -considerando stock máximo, mínimo y puntos de quiebre-, precios y plazos.
- Colaborar con Ventas en la supervisión de niveles de inventario para cumplir con demanda y logística de suministro, asegurando el stock de acuerdo a la demanda, evitando desviaciones con el fin de disminuir mermas. Garantizar la calidad de información que refleja el stock, muestreando en forma mensual y aleatoria y cotejando existencias contra la información contenida en el sistema.
- Mantener informadas al día a todas las áreas respecto a fechas de llegada y status de recepción de mercaderías.
- Establecer y realizar un seguimiento de los KPI operativos para garantizar la capacidad, el rendimiento, la productividad y la rentabilidad.
- Mantener actualizada la planilla de costos, que contiene precios en moneda local y extranjera.

The opportunity
This position is responsible to support the Travel, Meetings & Events team, with focus on the Meeting & Events area.
You will be supporting the meeting sourcing and contracting, as well as filling the budget information in the internal platform. You will contribute to the overall brand value, quantitative value and compliance of the greater Global Travel, Meetings & Events group through data integrity.
This position follows firm, business unit and department policies, guidelines and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Management of Internal suppliers/PO tool per country.
- Guarantee that all aspects of internal process and policies are correctly followed.
- Review EY businesses' compliance to overall program including Bridge, Independence, Finance and Risk management.
- Implement and adjust the standardization of global processes and operations according to local needs and oversee compliance.
- Liaise with EY staff and suppliers resolving any issues as required.
- Negotiate contracts with M&E service providers to secure favorable terms and rates.

Skills And Attributes For Success
- Advanced degree in a related discipline, typically Business, Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management

What you'll be doing?
- Handle quote requests and compare freight rates like a boss—both Ex-Factory & Ex-Warehouse.
- Keep things tidy and compliant by preparing BOLs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Slips & Certificates of Origin.
- Collaborate with factories to track production, capture QC outcomes, and secure timely pickups & deliveries.
- Track POs and vendor shipments, manage inbound freight, and make sure every delivery is right on time and documented.

About You
- You've got 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or production—DTC, fashion, or consumer goods background? Even better.
- You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets and have worked with ERP/OMS or inventory systems.

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the management, optimization, and control of all packaging and related materials used in World Courier Argentina's operations. The role requires maintaining effective and continuous communication across all company departments to ensure optimal material supply, while upholding all operational indicators.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of refurbishment-related activities for reusable packaging materials
- Responsible for the management of packaging storage spaces, including identifying and implementing optimization opportunities

About the role
This role supports the company's trade operations by coordinating domestic, import, and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs and export control regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records. The position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational and communication skills who are eager to grow in international trade and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the trade Operations in close cooperation with the customers and vendors, covering domestic, Import and Export transactions and ensuring the proper handling of import duty expenses and other customs-related fees.
- Coordination of deliveries in various locations. Generate monitoring tools for domestic, import, and export processes.
- Control procedures for screening all proposed exports concerning relevant export control requirements.
- Supervise and upload into the company's management system all the documentation related to domestic deliveries, imports and exports, expense invoices, and purchase orders. Price quotes, payment terms, and delivery terms upon inquiry.
- Fine-tuning of the document management system (create SOP, configure approval workflow, training, etc.).
- Comply and verify the application of the provisions of the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation applicable to the concerned sector.
- Control the inventory of finished goods stored in different locations/countries.
- Keep records of detected nonconformities and observations, and coordinate the application of the corresponding corrective actions or opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the processes applicable to the related area, to detect opportunities for improvement
- Determine the necessary competencies and training needs of the staff directly under their charge, and ensure that the rest of the staff in the area comply with these actions.

Con Sede En Buenos Aires, Reportando Al Coordinador De Distribución & Almacén, Participará Diariamente En Actividades Técnicas y Administrativas De Acuerdo Con Las Políticas, Lineamientos, Estrategias y Legislación Establecidas. Te Centrarás En Las Siguientes Actividades
Principales Responsabilidades
- Apoyo al área.
- Cooperación con el equipo para la revisión de los documentos.
- Colaboración en la búsqueda de nuevos proveedores.
¿A quién estamos buscando?
Buscamos estudiante de la carrera de Ingeniería para dar soporte al responsable de Logística y Distribución. Esta persona deberá tener fluidez en inglés y habilidades informáticas, la persona recibirá una formación por parte de los miembros del equipo para poder trabajar con autonomía y desarrollar conocimientos.
- Ingeniería, o similar;
- Buen conocimiento del paquete Office (principalmente Excel);
- Inglés avanzado (es bueno tenerlo);
- Buena capacidad de comunicación;
- Tener iniciativa para mejorar y mitigar los riesgos;
- Excelente relación interpersonal;
- Actitud de trabajo en equipo;
- Actitud práctica
Team Summary And Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an
Intern
to join our Supply Chain team.
Main Responsibilities
Based in Buenos Aires, reporting to the Distribution & Warehouse Coordinator, you will participate daily in technical and administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
- Support to the area.
- Cooperation with the team for the review of documents.
- Collaboration in the search for new suppliers.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an Engineering student to support the person responsible for Logistics and Distribution. This person must be fluent in English and computer skills. The person will receive training from team members to be able to work autonomously and develop knowledge.
- Engineering, or similar;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (mainly Excel);
- Advanced English (nice to have);
- Good communication skills;
- Have initiative to improve and mitigate risks;
- Excellent interpersonal relationship;
- Teamwork attitude;
- Practical attitude
