About the role:
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Google Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts.
This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
Experience In Digital Marketing Agencies Is Required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
- Manage and optimize Local Service Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
- Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS
- Analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Keep up with Google’s latest updates, trends, and innovations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and funnel strategies.
- Experience with Local Service Ads is required.
- Experience with Next Door Ads is a plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Digital Marketing Manager que se encargue del diseño y estrategia de contenido digital. Esta persona trabajará en la fidelización de clientes y colaborará en el análisis de contenido. Este perfil debe ser numérico pero también creativo.
Los desafíos del puesto serán:
- Diseñar y poner en práctica las estrategias digitales con objetivos específicos y monitorear su progreso.
- Coordinar la estrategia de content marketing, enfocado en la creación de elementos dinámicos, videos, animaciones y contenido adecuado para cada canal digital de la marca.
- Coordinar el equipo digital: diseñadoras gráficas, creadores de contenido y animadora.
- Responsable de la planificación estratégica del ecommerce para Argentina, Chile, México y Perú, trabajando en coordinación diaria con los equipos locales de cada mercado.
- Coordinar la estrategia de digital performance marketing con enfoque en CRO y Brand Awareness.
- Coordinar el proyecto de implementación de la plataforma de CRM y la creación del programa de fidelidad de la marca.
- Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la coherencia de marca, su identidad y ADN en el ecommerce, web y tiendas físicas, en proyectos de omnicanalidad y entornos Phygital.
- Gestionar los equipos internos y agencias colaboradoras en los distintos ámbitos del ecosistema digital.
