As a Senior Interface Designer , you will play a key role within our team. We are looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sensibility, strategic thinking, and a digital-first mindset to design visual assets that communicate clearly, evoke emotion, and maintain brand consistency across different channels.
You will be responsible for creating graphic content for campaigns, interfaces, audiovisual materials, and immersive visual experiences across our digital platforms. Working closely with content strategists, UX/UI designers, marketing teams, and product teams, you will bring visual value to every initiative while ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the User Experience Designer at Bask, you will be responsible for reworking our current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing. Your goal will be to ensure that the software maintains its robust complexity while providing a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough user research to understand our target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to gather insights and align design strategies.
- Designing and creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions.

- Responsible for the day-to-day tier 2 operational services and support for Microsoft 365 Collaboration applications including Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream (on SharePoint), AdobeSign, Power Apps.
- Manage Ticket Queue and incidents within Service Now.
- Must demonstrate mid-level expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
