Buscamos un UX Designer Lead con especial foco en Diseño de Interacción.

- Perfil estratégico, capacidad para entender las necesidades de negocios y relacionarte de manera directa con nuestros clientes, incluso en los níveles más altos de las organizaciones.
- Capacidad para liderar proyectos de UX, diseño de productos y equipos de trabajo, administrando prioridades, requerimientos, recursos y plazos.
- Buen nível de inglés como para leer de corrido, redactar un correo y mantener una conversación.
- Una buena base teórica en design thinking, diseño de interacción, diseño de servicios, investigación con usuarios o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Espíritu creativo y mente analítica.
- Extroversión (o introversión y valentía) para liderar actividades como un taller de diseño o una presentación.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming product requirements into interactive, user-friendly solutions. This involves integrating market research and psychological insights, designing human-computer interfaces for optimal usability, creating easily navigable content, and ensuring graphic and information design are polished for maximum aesthetic appeal.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, especially for digital mobile platforms

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day tier 2 operational services and support for Microsoft 365 Collaboration applications including Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream (on SharePoint), AdobeSign, Power Apps.
- Manage Ticket Queue and incidents within Service Now.
- Must demonstrate mid-level expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Must have knowledge and experience with reading and customizing Power BI Reports.
