Ya consolidada en México y Colombia estamos expandiéndonos a Argentina, y buscamos un perfil de Business Intelligence que sea protagonista en el desarrollo de nuestra infraestructura de datos.

Qué vas a hacer
  • Diseñar y mantener dashboards de gestión comercial y operativa en Metabase.
  • Análisis de patrones y datos para mejorar herramientas (mejorar falsos positivos/negativos de IA).
  • Construir y optimizar pipelines de datos que integren información de distintas fuentes (MLS, HubSpot, Twilio, Intercom, etc.).
  • Colaborar con equipos de tecnología, producto y marketing en la implementación de IA aplicada al negocio (voicebots, scoring de propiedades, recomendaciones inteligentes).
  • Participar en la migración de datos desde MongoDB a PostgreSQL, asegurando consistencia, calidad y continuidad operativa.
  • Aportar ideas para la evolución de los indicadores clave y el modelo analítico de Pulppo.
Requisitos técnicos
  • Experiencia comprobable en análisis de datos y BI (mínimo 2 años).
  • Dominio de MongoDB y PostgreSQL (experiencia con migraciones o coexistencia de bases de datos es un gran plus).
  • Conocimientos de Python y librerías de análisis de datos (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
  • Experiencia con herramientas de visualización (LookerStudio, Power BI o Metabase).
  • Capacidad para trabajar con APIs y automatizar integraciones.
  • Deseable: conocimientos de machine learning aplicado a negocio, IA generativa o automatización de procesos.

Business Intelligence Analyst
para sumarse al equipo de una empresa líder en tecnología. La persona seleccionada será responsable de transformar datos en información valiosa para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, generando reportes, tableros y análisis de alto impacto para distintas áreas del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar procesos de datos (ETL, ABM) y asegurar la calidad de las bases de datos.
  • Elaborar, mantener y distribuir tableros de control y reportes (periódicos y on demand).
  • Monitorear KPIs del negocio, generar alertas tempranas y recopilar feedback para la mejora continua.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a reportes solicitados por clientes internos y externos.
  • Identificar insights clave que potencien la eficiencia y rentabilidad del negocio.

Azumo is looking for a Business Analyst to lead software development initiatives and other personalized development projects. The position is FULLY REMOTE based in Latin America.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The position demands a hands-on, results-oriented individual who is adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing project backlogs, and ensuring effective task management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams and technical engineering teams to understand, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Employ Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are translated into functional solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust priorities as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participate in discovery processes - generating the documentation that will be useful for future phases.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Fluent in English (essential)
  • Experience working within Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with JIRA and Notion
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus on key objectives
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams

  • The candidate's experience as a PM will be evaluated.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Individual to join the Cloud Security Sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of deals by our sales teams. They will be responsible for supporting sellers in their day to day sales needs including unblocking issues during the booking process, supporting correct compensation and booking values and developing metrics to measure program effectiveness. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and data analysis skills, who is passionate about supporting our growing sales teams capabilities and speed to execution.

*Roles and responsibilities
Track Sales Campaigns & Communication *

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Create reports on success metrics of sales campaigns
  • Drive, track and support event registrations, customer follows ups and email or other sales collateral dispersal.
  • Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

CRM Management & Data Integrity

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Assist in training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to CRM processes and functionality.

Metrics And Reporting

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for program optimization.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to track and report on partner engagement and program outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales managers to understand customer needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales enablement processes and best practices.

Skills Required

  • Data analysis - Experience working in SQL and other data systems to pull reports and analyze data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with metric and data analysis
  • Sales background - Basic understanding of sales processes and metrics
