Job qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

  • Broad knowledge in visualization techniques, Knowledge in visual story telling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, building, integrating and managing databases, creating data models, especially within the PowerBI stack, understanding of business needs and processes.
  • Knowledge of PowerB, Excel, SSRS and Tableau, SharePoint, PowerApps, MSFlow, SQL and/or SAS

Location: Argentina – Remote

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist to join a dynamic team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining critical business reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights through data analysis, and supporting decision-making at managerial levels. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, advanced technical skills in BI tools, and effective communication across all organizational tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and automate comprehensive monthly reports to support business objectives;
  • Provide training and development assistance to stakeholders on report utilization;
  • Automate, document, and maintain existing reporting frameworks ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities;
  • Continuously optimize reporting processes and codebases for enhanced analytical performance;
  • Manage and deliver quarterly and annual reporting requirements;
  • Utilize software tools proficiently for data extraction, transformation, and visualization;
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and perform relevant administrative duties;
  • Design and deliver clear, concise, and impactful managerial presentations and reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years experience in business and data analysis, preferably within financial services or similar sectors
  • Experience querying Corelation Keystone is highly preferred
  • Experience in building advanced, clear and concise data visualization dashboards (Tableau)
  • 1+ years of experience using query tools against relational database to analyze data quality and content
  • Strong analytical, excellent communication, collaboration skills, problem solving, and work management skills
  • Customer-focused ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft BI tools like SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Azure DevOps etc
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (B2 level)

Education/Certifications/Licenses

  • Bachelors Degree and 4+ years work experience preferably in the areas of business and data analysis
  • Preferred Masters degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer science, or related field
  • Proficient in BI tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
  • Competency with leading Business Intelligence and analytical tools
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint)

• Enforce governance and provide stewardship for supported environments, reports, Dashboards and data models.
• Perform pro-active and as requested audits or reviews. Communicate issues and progress to management and customers as needed.

Job qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

  • Broad knowledge in visualization techniques, Knowledge in visual story telling with data, designing highly automated descriptive analytics/reporting solutions, building, integrating and managing databases, creating data models, especially within the PowerBI stack, understanding of business needs and processes.
  • Knowledge of PowerB, Excel, SSRS and Tableau, SharePoint, PowerApps, MSFlow, SQL and/or SAS
